All products sold at Vinpax carry a one-year limited warranty from invoice date, except OEM CPU (Tray CPU) and any product noted specifically on Invoice to have lesser warranty. OEM CPU carries ten days warranty. Warranty is void on products that have been modified or have physical damage. RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorizations) will be issued within one workday after Vinpax receives a completed Vinpax RMA Request Form with all fields completed. All RMA products will be replaced within ten workdays. DOA (Dead On Arrival) products will be replaced within one workday. DOA constitutes any product that is returned to Vinpax RMA department within three workdays of invoice date. Any approved RMA product will be replaced with the same item number unless the product is not available due to discontinuation of item, shortages or unavailability, in such event Vinpax reserves the right to replace the RMA product with a similar product. All items shipped to Vinpax for RMA will be shipped back to customer’s address of record. Customer will pay for shipping to Vinpax, and Vinpax will pay to ship replacements back. Please test all products independently before returning to Vinpax RMA department any product sent to Vinpax as RMA which proves to be in working condition, will be shipped to customer at customer’s expense plus $10 testing fee per item. Any item returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
